A gilded Pro Ecclesia et Pontifice merit medal, established in 1888 by Pope Leo XIII, presented in a relief box from Rome by Tanfani & Bertarelli with the Pope Pius XII emblem on the lid; the lid is loose from the rest; in good used condition.
