Beautiful valve radio model “Lero” UCM 601/2 from the 50s-60s in AM-FM, with a design that perfectly follows American Rockabilly tastes, produced by Mivar of Milan.

Fashionable item with beautiful appearance and highly decorative, excellent for window display or home use.

Made of plastic with lobster red paste painted white on the front. The two rings around the volume knob and the dial are in anodized aluminum as well as the internal parts of the knobs.

The internal mechanism is made of steel and has its original glass valves.

Aesthetically very well preserved, it has been cleaned and presents very well. However, it has some very slight paint losses on the white painted part, all clearly visible in the photos which are an integral part of the description.
Complete with pressed cardboard back panel.

The radio is working, it has been serviced by a qualified technician and it receives well. Obviously the sound is also vintage but that’s its beauty. When you turn it on you have to wait about ten seconds because the valves have to warm up.

Using the buttons on the bottom left you can turn it on and off and select the FM or AM range. When on, a light on the right under the AM-FM writing lights up. Original electrical cable with its plug marked VAR.

Dimensions: 37 x 14.5 x 12 cm.
